1. Product Selection - Customization

Browse through our wide selection of mounting models on our website and choose the design that best suits your style or your client’s needs.
Each product page provides detailed technical specifications, stone compatibility, gold weight, and usage recommendations.
If your order requires customization (stone size, shape, metal type, etc.), you can specify it during checkout. For more advanced requests, feel free to contact us directly.

2. Placing Your Order

Once you’ve selected your product, proceed to the order form and complete the checkout process.
Through our B2B system, we offer exclusive pricing and bulk order advantages for our business partners and regular clients.
All information you provide is stored securely, and if anything is unclear or incomplete, we’ll reach out to confirm the details with you before production begins.

Once your order is received, you’ll automatically get a confirmation email with all relevant details, including estimated production time and contact info for customer support.
Your order is then queued in our production system and sent to the relevant workshop team for processing.
We review and verify all technical details before starting the manufacturing stage.

Depending on the model and any customizations, the average production time is between 7 to 10 business days.
During this time, each piece is carefully crafted by our experienced artisans. From casting and polishing to final setting preparation, every stage goes through strict quality control.
After the production is completed, each item passes a final inspection before it moves to the packaging stage.
